Thank you for making purchases at ‘Raza Herbals and Spices’.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions: The following requirements describe the meanings of the words whose beginning letters are capitalised: The following definitions should have the same meaning whether they are written in the singular or plural.

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to ‘Raza Herbals and Spices’Kollam, Kerala.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Products/Goods/Services from Us.
• Website refers to Official ‘Raza Herbals and Spices’, www.razaherbals.com.
• You refer to the customer who has purchased the Products/Goods/Services.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are permitted to cancel Your Order within 7 days from the purchase date. To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must provide Us with a clear statement of your choice and return the Product/Goods/Service to the official address or through email in the case of a digital product purchase from the Website. You can send your email to our official email address.

You will be refunded no later than 14 days after we receive the returned Product/Goods/Service or approval of your request. We will repay You using the same method you used for the initial transaction, or any other alternate payment method if required, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The request for a return should be less than 7 days from the purchase date.
• The Order cannot be redeemed for any other purchase or clubbed with any offers or promotions.

The following Order cannot be returned:

• If the Order is provided or sold in an offer/gift/voucher coupon.
• If the Order is altered and not in its original condition.

We have the right to deny Order returns that do not comply with the aforementioned conditions. Only direct Orders purchased on the official website or the ‘Raza Herbals and Spices’ outlet may be reimbursed.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Order to Us. The order should be handed over personally to our official address. We cannot be held responsible for an Order damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the returned Order.
