You may now cancel an order if the option to do so is present on the App/Website/Mobile site. This covers products acquired on sale as well. According to our refund policy, any sum paid will be refunded using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Yes, you are able to amend the shipping address of your order before it has been processed (packed) by sending us an official email from the email account associated with the order.
Go to the Order area under the main menu of your App/Website/Mobile site and then click the Cancel Order button next to the order you wish to cancel. Alternatively, you may send us an official email from your registered email address with order information.
If you chose Cash on Delivery, there is no refund because you have not yet paid for your product. For additional information, please see our Refund Policy page.
